How and when should I take ORGAINIC Creatine?
We recommend one serving (e.g., 3–5 g) per day, mixed into water, juice, or a shake. It is best to take it immediately after your workout or at the same time on non-workout days.
Do I need to go through a charging phase?
A loading phase (e.g., 20 g per day for 5 days) isn't absolutely necessary, but it can replenish creatine stores more quickly. A consistent intake of 3–5 g per day works just as well—it just takes a little longer.
How long should I take creatine?
You can take creatine long-term. It is well tolerated and does not necessarily need to be “stopped.” However, be sure to stay well-hydrated.
