Warum unterscheiden sich die Nährwerte bei den unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen?
Da wir echte Zutaten, wie Kakaopulver und Blaubeer-/Erdbeerpulver verwenden, anstelle von künstlichen Aromen und Süßungsmitteln, haben diese Zutaten auch einen gewissen Einfluss auf die Nährwerte.
Unser Proteinpulver wird durch Cross-Flow Filtration hergestellt und bei niedrigen Temperaturen sprühgetrocknet um eine Denaturierung zu verhindern.
Kann das Bio Protein auch heiß verwendet werden?
Ja, das Protein kann auch zum Kochen/Backen verwendet werden.

Our organic Whey Protein is cold filtered and then dried at gentle temperatures to powder. This prevents denaturation and maintains its high bioavailability.
Handelt es sich um Bio Protein aus Weidehaltung?
Since "grass-fed" is not a protected term, we do not advertise with this misleading term. A cow, which stands only few days on the pasture, can be called already pasture cow. Our products are subject to the strict EG-Öko-regulation, according to which grazing or at least exercise in the running yard are obligatory. The organic fodder used must, as far as possible, come from the farm itself and most of the fodder requirements are covered by the basic fodder (grass, hay, silage). In summer, fresh grass is predominantly eaten from pasture, in winter hay and silage are used with a low proportion of concentrated fodder.
Wie sieht es mit der Löslichkeit aus?
As we do not use artificial additives, we naturally do not use emulsifiers for improved solubility. Therefore, you cannot simply dissolve it with a spoon, but have to mix the protein powder with liquid in a shaker or mixer.
Wie verwende ich das Bio Protein?
