Why do the nutritional values differ among the various flavors?
Since we use real ingredients, such as cocoa powder and blueberry/strawberry powder, instead of artificial flavors and sweeteners, these ingredients also have a certain impact on the nutritional values.
Our protein powder is produced using cross-flow filtration and spray-dried at low temperatures to prevent denaturation.
Can the organic protein also be used in hot dishes?
Yes, the protein can also be used for cooking or baking.
It's also great in cocoa, etc. :)
Is the organic protein processed gently?
Our organic Whey Protein is cold filtered and then dried at gentle temperatures to powder. This prevents denaturation and maintains its high bioavailability.
Is this organic protein from pasture-raised animals?
Since "grass-fed" is not a protected term, we do not advertise with this misleading term. A cow, which stands only few days on the pasture, can be called already pasture cow. Our products are subject to the strict EG-Öko-regulation, according to which grazing or at least exercise in the running yard are obligatory. The organic fodder used must, as far as possible, come from the farm itself and most of the fodder requirements are covered by the basic fodder (grass, hay, silage). In summer, fresh grass is predominantly eaten from pasture, in winter hay and silage are used with a low proportion of concentrated fodder.
What about solubility?
As we do not use artificial additives, we naturally do not use emulsifiers for improved solubility. Therefore, you cannot simply dissolve it with a spoon, but have to mix the protein powder with liquid in a shaker or mixer.
